Darkan Caravan Park
Great little council run park, book in on line $40 for 3 nights with powered site, roll up pick your spot and set up. The facilities are top class from camp kitchen to toilet/showers including a family bathroom with a bath. The facilities are like new and cleaned every day by friendly staff, a few trucks drive by at night but not too bad.

Darkan Caravan Park
Stayed just one night 5/11/22. Darkan was once a place with nothing to offer but we were very much surprised with the caravan park. Modern, clean, cheap. Town is 2km away and initially was thinking why? Just 200 meters through trees and across the historical rail walk we watched Dumbleyung taking on Darkan at lawn bowls in a huge sports complex. Next morning cricket.The very friendly local we chatted with said shortly the now community owned pub would be back in business and add to the reasons for not bypassing the much changed DARKAN. Wish I had taken photos.

Wonderful little park. Had powered site, $20 a night. Great camp kitchen and fantastic ablutions. Right next to walk/ride old railway trail. Lots of public facilities eg golf club, great park in town. Apparently community is going to reopen pub as community pub

A little out-of-the-way caravan park with all amenities sparkling clean and very reasonable prices. Central to so many other lovely areas around Collie etc.

The best caravan park in the wheat belt. The lady manager takes her job very seriously in making sure all guests have a nice and safe holiday experience. She is wonderful. This is a council run facility and they have recently built brand new ensuite amenities. They are the best bathrooms you have ever seen. All for $20 a night! They even supply laundry detergent free! The camp kitchen is very superior.This is a fabulous caravan park for a quiet stay, lots of trees and a friendly amaaaazzzing! Manager.
